The first time you start the GPS Pathfinder Office software, you are asked to set the time zone: Normally, you set the local time zone once (and whenever summer time changes are necessary). If you do not, the time records in field data files display as GPS time, which approximates Greenwich Mean Time. Setting the Local Time Zone You must configure GPS Pathfinder Office for the local time zone.
